crazensky19 ...good for you,i was once suffered depression...but the best way to avoid it,for me,is to keep busy and practice yoga...it really helps me a lot to attain a calmness inside me...

crazensky19 i tried killing myself quite so many times...though,i cant do it,...i planned to take a bottle of sleeping pills but i just can't...i don't know why,i'm sick of this life...
