Canellita I did not say sugar alone was the enemy. I said it is more of an issue than the carbs and if you get caught up in trying to count carbs you will still not necessarily control your blood sugar.

Canellita It's the sugar that is more of an issue than the carbs. She needs to learn which foods are more likely to raise her blood sugar. There is all sorts of stuff on the web from reliable sources like doctors and the diabetes association.
