Crazyvirus i always do they are always loud and startling i hate when its like bam and its unexpected i have one of those smart commercial skips but i don't use it becuase i feel that u need to watch them 2 support the channel

Crazyvirus yes i do i try 2 eat well so i can stay fit so i plan a week when i go shopping that way i wont have to run out and get a some crappy fast food joint. I always try 2 eat well and i think that having a menu plan is a good idea
