I read that it is a good idea to study for short amount of times. I also read that it is a good idea to take short breaks in between studying. I think it helps, I seem to understand and remember the material better. I have started...

ctorresc12 i try and study a few min each time i get an extra minute i like to try and go over things again right before i know im going to take the test to so that it stays fresh in my mind im in my second yr getting my associates in psychology and im 37 so it has noot...
