does the person that get the blame depend on a child's age? like if the kid is 3 then it is the parents fault, but if the kid is 13 then it is the kid's fault?

cvastava now that is new for me...... genetically modify potates to make burger tasty..... that is bit of scary than interesting.... are you reallysure about it. I like technology but not when its tried on food... this should be illegal.....

cvastava I can understand why you feel concerned or scared or tensed or whatever you want to call it.... its a normal reaction. But you should have been concerned when you would have given her money and still she would have cursed you. It would have been scary. General...
