cyberpunk I'm not sure if it was the first, but the earliest movie I remember seeing in a theater was Zuma (the bald guy who had big snakes around this shoulders and who controls snakes) Either that or one of Ramon Revilla's horror movies :D

cyberpunk I won't call it abuse. I think most parents who overfeed their kids do it out of love. But it's not a good example and is most probably out of ignorance.

cyberpunk I prefer an artificial tree, so that I can use it again and again. It's less messy too, since the needles don't fall out and I don't have to dispose of it afterwards. Then there's the environmental aspect of not cutting down a tree ;)
