Cynthia I often download my favorite music as my phone ringtones.I change different music once a week.Thus,my life is full of feeling of freshness.

right time of sleep

i always wonder how many hrs of sleep does a person need to have a complete and enough sleep .? specially for those who sleeps late .. like me .. my time of sleep is always around 1 to 3 am .. and even if i've slept almost 10hrs...

Cynthia I think yonger children should sleep 7 hours . He must go to sleep before 9 pm. Deep sleep at 11 pm.
