How can i improve my oral English?

I know if i speak English ofen I can improve it.But there are not so many foreigners around me.So I have not many chances to say.Who can give me some advices?

daniwcca Pen Pal over the internet... using Skype. Read everything you can get your hands on in English, and read it outloud! Your written English is very good! Keep it up!
