Just went from 20 hour work week to a 16 hour work week.

I really hate that I have lost 4 hours per week at work. My boss informed me last night that I will only be working 16 hours from now on. The after Christmas slow down. If it slows down too much, then I will be down to 12 hours....

danjam hi, just wondered whether you have tried to claim for any benefits as your contacted hours are 16 you might be in a postion to get help.
