Mayweather Demands for a 60-40 Split of the Purse

I read an article in a newspaper stating that the camp of Mayweather is demanding of a 60-40 split of the purse with Manny Pacquiao. From this demand, I assume that the fight between Pacquiao and Mayweather will not take place....
