well the subject says it all, as for me i wake up quite late now seeing as its the holidays and go to bed really late so what about you when do wake up and when do you go to sleep.

well do you exercise and if you do how many days in a week would you and what would you do? as for me i just do a bit of cycling and dumbbells and that sort of stuff, how much should you exercise in a week to be healthy?

Well we all need to drink water everyday of our life's its like fuel but how can we all drink more? I drink about 3 to 4 glasses a day but i don't think its enough and we don't really think that we need water for our body's to run...
