@daryld thanks for the concern, I am feeling better but I just feel I need to sleep more. Late night sleeps contribute to this. It's the extreme weather where it's sunny and hot during the day especially afternoon and night time is cold and colder at dawn.

@daryld yes. Also while you are still young, dont stress yourself too much. I know a lot of people who develop serious illnesses because of too much work and stress, balance life is the key to living a healthy life style.
