does someone have a good diet plan? hopefuly a one with quick results... i am now on a low carb diet and it's taking so long to see results!

dave roytberg I am a soldier so i dont have too much time to exercise but i do keep walking to our gym as many times as i can. one more thing, why no meat? its full of protein and no carbs. P.S: as you can understand fruit smoothies are not really available...
