It is nice when you can have ice-cream during hot sunny summer. Make your summer more enjoyable. But I wonder do you eat ice-cream also in winter time?

ddj133 Yeah.....I like ice-cream very much! One of the greatest creation of humankind. I like every kinds of ice-cream....I think it's too enjoyable to eat ice-cream especially in a sunny hot day! I can eat as many as I can! hahaha....

Coldplay nominated for Grammy

Last night, Coldplay was nominated for 7 awards. These include the top 3 awards. I think they are favorite to win it all. Who do you all think is his main rival for each categories Coldplay was nominated?

ddj133 Yeah......Viva la Vida is one of the greatest songs I ever heard. I don't think they steal Joe's work.....coincidents do happen sometimes. My support will go to Coldplay also...

ddj133 Ok.....Our country also don't have winter. but I had study in Russia before. The winter there is freezing cool.....hehehe....But do you eat ice cream in cool weather as in rainny days?

ddj133 Yeah....I also heard that they're splitting up....Too bad....I don't agree that band would be productive after the age of 33. Look at U2, they are doing marvellously well and getting better and better all the time. I also hope they will win all 7 awards :)

ddj133 Yes...Certainly long hours in front of computer is not good for your health especially for your eyes. A short nice nap will definately helps a lot. Try to do some eye massage also.

ddj133 Yeah....You can't really have a nap if you have classes in the afternoon. I do think that people shouldn't encourage themselves to have a nap as an usual habit cause it will make them sleepy when they are at work or in class and certainly make them hard to...

ddj133 Yeah.....you should rest more if you are pregnant....certainly an afternoon nap is neccessary. Must take care of your diet and shouldn't be working too hard.....Enjoy!

ddj133 I think that when you are tired, you need to sleep. There's nothing wrong about that. I also don't know whether having a nap is bad for health, but I think forcing oneself to sleep if you can certainly is an unhealthy act.

ddj133 I agree that fast food and junk food is not good for health. A good healthy lifestyle also depends on the frequency and amount people eat. Excessive intake and less active can lead to obesity indeed.

ddj133 Not eating breakfast isnot good, because you need breakfast to give you energy for the whole day activities you do. Eat less atnight because you are less active at night and when you sleep,the digestion work more slower. That's what doctors tell me.

ddj133 I also like to sleep, prefer under a shaddy tree with wind blowing smoothly and a table of fruits beside me :) hahaha....

ddj133 I do feel sleepy in daytime, but can seem to sleep early in the night. With the hot sunny weather here, it makes me sleepy and wanna have a nap even more, especially after a fine nice lunch.....hahaha....I think I'm hopeless to get rid of this bad habit in the...

ddj133 Some people like me do get sleeppy after having their lunch mostly and dinner. May be it's a habit that I need to get rid off :)
