debora88 My Christian religion, I think all religions teach goodness :-) and it all depends on our own self,because religion as the handle of our lives and do not make a difference in religion because it can separate us.

debora88 Yup,that's true too,especially it's high fiber fruit,it really helps in digestion,essentially vitamin-rich fruit,and our bodies need vitamins,so a very big advantage once we consume fruits compared with the money we spent to buy these fruits. :)
