PC won't boot.. What could be wrong?

I have HP dc5750 microtower PC. It won't boot. Beeping nine times. Then I try reset CMOS. Then no beep. The PC is on, the fan is running. Try reseating and replace RAM. Result the same. Any ideas? Please advice. Thanks.

deeno985 I suspect the CPU failure due to dust clogging.

deeno985 In my case. The PC can't reach boot sequence, I mean no POST. I'll to change the battery again. Tq.
