Why "Joey" didn't work out?

i'm a huge fan of joey back in friends, and if there's one character in friends that could make it alone, its joey, but unfortunatelly he didn't make it, probably because of their co-stars, they don't have a hot actress there...

deepak_gr81 if thr has to be one reason y joey didnt work out, it has to be the absence of his co-stars of friends. coz i thot the humour in da series was upto da mark n so was the characters...i loved da way micheal played da part... it was totally awesome n i dnt think...
