over come depression

i'm not an open person. i feel difficulty in over coming depression i have. i'm already trying to do meditation, self hypnoteraphy, etc. seems like no effect. i don't know what i really want and i feel like all alone in this world...

have you ever felt at a loss on what to do with your lives? i think i am having a quarter life crisis now and i really feel confused. i just left my job and somehow i'm not sure if it was the right thing to do.

deepree yes, me too. The question i've been asking myself lately is what is really i want in my life. Is it just to earn more money or what. I'm feeling lost because my relationship failed, i'm not happy with my job now but i'm doing nothing to fix this all. I think...
