DB I've received those kinds of letters. Usually for jobs which receive a huge quantity of resume replies. The hiring personnel get buried in the paperwork. And eventually you get one of those rejection letters. After 4 weeks why bother, right!

DB I do read them OT. before buying anything. I try to look at the number of both the 4-5 star and the lousy reviews and figure out whose rating makes the most sense to me. It can be confusing for sure. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut feeling.
