My people! It's a thing in our culture to have something hot in the morning before you start your day. I sip a cup of coffee only once in a while because I'm acidic. Sometimes milk but I am lactose intolerant. Not much of a tea...

My people! I've been in so much trouble sleeping at night. No, I am not insomniac but why can't I???? Maybe because of stress and anxiety? What do you do to help you relax and sleep peacefully at night? Tnx
