i saw many of people have dark circle under their eyes. specially women are suffering with the eyes dark circle.common cause of eyes under dark circle is frustration, work overload,financial problem,less sleep, business crisis...

DivaGirl Specifically chamomile tea bags are supposed to be helpful with eye issues. Although you might want to avoid those if you have asthma, as chamomile is contraindicated for asthma sufferers.
