I often find myself in situations where the level of lighting is less than ideal, and flash is either impractical or would destroy the mood and feel of the image. So I'm looking for tips on how to improve my low light photography...

DivePeak Yes, it is POSSIBLE, but it's definitely NOT COOL. And you might be surprised how good coroners are at telling the difference between an accident and murder or manslaughter. Talking about it here or elsewhere in the way you have could also escalate the charge...
