i was drinking coffee this morning, but because of hunger, i decided to eat first..... but the idea struck me..... i have read some time before that drinking coffee right after meal actually make you "anemic". i don't know...

my brothers always drink so much water after taking their meal. it's ok to drink while having the meal but in small amounts just to satisfy dry swallowing. It is said, and i so believe, that taking large amount of water right...
