divinegwapa I don't always jog but when I do I usually have friends or family with me. Daily exercise should be part of our lifestyle to stay healthy.

divinegwapa Jogging in the afternoon can fun as well. Waking up early is really a struggle for me and back in college me and my friends would usually jog in the afternoon or at night. Once you get used to it, it's just like jogging in the morning.

divinegwapa I wouldn't jog if I'm alone too. I think it would be boring. I really don't know if it's okay to jog in a cold weather but to be on the safe side, don't try it. ;D
