I slept at 2 in the morning today but my mom called and woke me up at around 5 in the morning. I only had 3 hours of sleep and after my mom's call I couldn't go back to sleep anymore. Argh.
What to do now? Good thing is, my four younger siblings got up from bed one by one. Since it's too early and we have nothing else to do, we decided to jog.
And jog we did, to the market. It was a first time to jog with them. It was fun! Though we didn't really jogged the whole. We had a lot of breaks in between. I think we just strolled and chatted most of the time. Haha.
Did you jog today? Who did you jog with? ;D

I have never tried jogging alone. I think I wouldn't want to as well. ;D I'm always used to having someone with me.

You jog for two hours? Wow. That's a lot of jogging. Haha. My body can only take 30 mins to one hour of jogging. Even now, some of my muscles aches because of that jog I had yesterday. haha.

My hubby and I just started night jogs. We will bring my daughter on the stroller. Actually, we are not jogging, just brisk walking. We have started to talk about a lot of things this way and I really enjoy it. At night, the weather is cooler and you don;t sweat too much as if you jog in the day. My daughter enjoys it too, since she is usually bored and cranky just before bedtime. I stroll at night makes her feel better.

Jogging as a family affair, that's an excellent way to do it. ;D
I would love to try it at night too but here in our place it's too dangerous. At night, there are a lot of bad guys roaming around so I've got no choice but to jog in the morning.

Normally go jogging with an old work colleague. He now works as a fitness instructor in the army and as you can imagine he really does put me through my paces. Try to run at least once a week and also try to regularly get to the gym three times a week as well as a swim if I can find the time.

You said '2 in the morning'.Is it local time or GMT ? Usually at 2 is late night.
I think you meant that. Yes jogging is good for health. It should be regular. You may take it as habit. At the time of jogging you may take rest for a while.I try to mantain regularity in jogging.

I don't jog regularly only when I'm in the mood. But I try to exercise daily. If I cannot jog, I just stay at home and follow instructional videos. My favorite as of now is Shawn T's hip hop abs. ;D

I did not go for a walk today. It rained heavily at odd hours and we did not have time to go at least for a walk. Usually I go for a walk with my wife. © ronaldinu 2008

Oh, too bad. I hope you could go for a walk tomorrow. When we jogged this morning, it was drizzling. Fortunately, it didn't rain until we got home. ;D

I hope I could jog one of these days with my husband. I really wanted to do that every since but I can't wake up very early to do that. It is nice to jog sometimes because its really a big help for us especially with our bones and a good exercise. If ever I would job, probably I would jog with my hubby.

I go for a walk with my wife in the morning. while she walks i jog with her. I wan tot gt some more exercise and want ot do it while movingwith her so I job at her walkign pace. It gives me that extra exercise. joggin gat that slow pace does not tire me but at the same time i amable to burn mor calories. I am trying to reduce my paunch. It is the most difficult thing to reduce.

I wouldn't jog if I'm alone too. I think it would be boring. I really don't know if it's okay to jog in a cold weather but to be on the safe side, don't try it. ;D

I used to jog a lot but alone and i really love it. It is a way of clearing my mind, regrouping and keeping my body healthy. But that was years ago. Though i still love to jog, i have become lazy. I keep on planning to jog but i keep on finding excuses. I know that I have to be in shape since I have gained more than 70lbs after giving birth twice. I jogged for awhile from 6pm to 7pm. I found that i prefer to jog early in the morning rather that in the evening. but I just dont have time in the morning with my children going to school. I guess I just have to make do with the afternoon but its just not as good as jogging in the morning.

Jogging in the afternoon can fun as well. Waking up early is really a struggle for me and back in college me and my friends would usually jog in the afternoon or at night. Once you get used to it, it's just like jogging in the morning.

When I jog, I really jog and I do it with my hubby! It's my daily exercise in the morning my dear! But I see some other people in the place also just strolling and chatting and they seem to be really enjoying. Well we also do chat after our jogging. It's the best part I think when we sit on the grass and start chatting while eating fruits!

I ought to try that. Eat fruit jogging. ;D That's why I'm not bringing them next time I decide to jog. They just want to have fun and not exercise. Haha.

I don't like to jog with my friends,I like to go alone, spend some time for myself. I've always loved to observe people,so will jog all alone all the way. That's the time I usually spend for myself, exploring myself, admiring and enjoying thigs that are happening around me. I keep listening to music and jog, will never feel fatigue. That't the best company I can hav. Will joig hearing music. It's an awesome feeling!!

I haven't done that before. I think it would be boring if I jog alone. And in our neighbor, it just isn't ideal to jog alone. Oh well, have a nice day everyday! ;D

I don't always jog but when I do I usually have friends or family with me. Daily exercise should be part of our lifestyle to stay healthy.
