divitiae Looking at the size of that drop I would say cash flow is more relivant than profits, it looks like that ones priced to go under but I agree US in general looks like a buying opp

divitiae this is a sole trader (uk) and the 60k is last years profits without any new capital, the 75k is to buy the business from the existing owner so the money dosen't go onto the books at all. Thanks.
