I have not understood what this thing is?On the right side of every post there are 3 icons for + - ! .The third one is for reporting abuse.The others say reporting positive and the other to report negative.What does it mean?

tigrashadow it is so you or anyone else can give someone a positive or negative rating to their post and the ! is if you want to report a poster for something against the guidelines. giving people positive ratings is a good thing and i do it regularly to different...
