dixiepoblador Since we had communications again, we agreed that we should be friends again, cause after our break up before we lose our friendship.

Losing your weight isn't easy. You should have a lot of inspiration and do a lot of efforts to achieve your goal. The only key for it is self discipline.

It's quite good to do something for your friend when they needed you. but how could we assure that what we did for them helps them a lot too?

Having your own decision in life makes you an independent individual. But is it possible ask to ask somebody before doing it?

dixiepoblador yes of course.Because they know you better than you do. They are the one who guides you. But there are certain individual who will make you feel down and wont help you.
