dixonmy Yes you are right. he might be using some 'useless' anti virus software like nort*n and Mca*ee. so get some good software like Kaspersky or NOD32. I'm currently using Kaspersky and it's good and never infected by single virus or trojan.

dixonmy Ya.. i agree. The caches or history stuff are not recoverable after deleted. If on files, you still can use some application to recover it. Make sure next time Bookmark it if you want to re-visit.
