i work for neich medical company.my direct boss is a middle-year woman, and my underling are young womem. it's happy for me at the same time it's suffering for me.

I am glad to get the year-end award through one whole year work hard. it's just one month salary,i would like the coompany give us two months salary or more,haha.............

our company published the year-end award of 2007. there are many items about the annuale award such as best new employee, best performance, best team,etc. unlucky,i haven't get any awards.so how much shall you get year-end...
