I'm currently on DAY 12. WOOT! 3 more days to go.. But I am now HATING the taste of lemonade and maple syrup. I'm afraid my Master Cleanse is quickly turning into a water fast.

dmpach I'm sure you have! It's sometimes called the Lemonade diet or the Beyonce Knowles diet. I posted the specifics on this diet for another poster above. Check it out! :)

dmpach I have lost weight with it. I've been on it for 13 days and have lost 11 pounds. You can do it for a shorter period of time... maybe 5 days or 10 days. Some people do it for 40 days. It's a detox diet that was made popular by Beyonce who had to lose 20 pounds...

dmpach You can also try taking herbal tea--the ones that don't contain caffeine. :)
