donnalea My teacher in Business management told us that look for a job that has a lot of benefits and a compensation not really far from the company that gives higher compensation but the benefits is not as much as another company!!

i've been doing good in my company and had been one of the top most employee...then one day a certain company called and wants me to work for them offering me a higher compensation and salary... i don't want to bias my own company...

donnalea I think you really find it hard to decide because you are really loyal to your company.. You must think and assess what is really best for you.I think if you really want to grow and learn more,you should not stick to only one kind of position and same...

donnalea I think your manager is really unfair.. Managers shouldn't act like that.You should repor your manager to your HR department. I think by reporting to the HR they will do some actions regarding to your problem...

donnalea That is really a graet problem!! You should confront or talk to your co-worker to clear things up right.. And tell him again about the things that he still needs to know about his work.. And also remind him that if he needs anything, just be free to approach...
