what do you guys think about all natural diets etc

i don't know, i think that these all natural herbal diets are just scams for "health food" companies to make money. have any of you had success from these diets?

donuthole man, i love this movie ever time i watch it. i've seen it at least 15 times. it's got all the action, drama, and suspense. highly recommend it
