doodlebrainette I grew up eating/cooking scrambled eggs with saltine crackers crushed and mixed in. 2 crackers per egg with 1 tbs milk added. Mom did it b/c we didn't have a lot of money and it helped the eggs stretch. She learned it from her mom. Took me years to learn to...

Looking for whole foods recipes

I'm working on getting my family onto a minimally processed food diet. I'd love to have any reicpes that are using whole foods. Breads, soups, meats, vegetarian.....you name it. If it is healthy for you, I'm interested!
