Why is PayPal account is not allow in nigeria, l try to open but i can't,i just discover that it's not allow i nigeria. Can someone help?

Prosper Golvado Yes i see but i would like someone to help to contact PayPal authorities so that someone like me from nigeria can receive money cos l'm not a scarmer.
