i prefer desktop computer to a notebook(laptop)....becouse in laptop its not suitable some high configeration softwares and games..... What do you prefer???

I have both but like you said unless you buy a gaming laptop, the desktop gives you more flixiblity to add hardware and software. Also must people can work on a desktop I hate working on laptops one slip and you can really mess it up.

Probably not. That won't stop me from trying. I'm just curious if anyone has any insight into what's wrong, specifically. There's a super-old desktop at the call center I work at that's running an OS in the range of Windows 98....

Being from the DOS days and using this type of keyboard. I have had keyboards go bad and the system want boot with out a keyboard. Connecting the USB one requires you to go into the BIOS and disable the 9 pin DIM or PS2 and enable the USB ports if they are not...
