Are you able to - Be Here Now - be present where you are with what you're doing?

The reason I ask this is that I so often see a couple out to dinner and one or both are on their cell phones and not paying attention to each other or their meal. We seem to be so driven to multi-task that we aren't in the moment....

Are there any things in your life that you are superstitious about? Like not washing clothes on a certain day of the year, or spilling salt and throwing a pinch over your shoulder? If so, what is it and how did you get that way?...

Had a dream where your partner did something in the dream that made you mad?

So have you ever had a dream where your love did something in that dream that really made you mad and you woke up mad at him or her? Then it really took you a while to shake that off, even though you know they did nothing wrong?...
