Bad Teacher or Bad Student?

I have a problem in school. My physics teacher isn't really good at teaching a class in my opinion. He starts to talk about a subject in physics then leads to talking about something that has nothing to do with physics which ends...

drkcreator yea that happens some times you just have to talk to the teachers about that problem and if you think your a bad student just ask the teacher for help during lunch time or something
