How to get rid of foot caulles

drolfes The best tool I have found for removal is the "Pedegg" sold at local pharmacies. The older ladies in my family swear by it, too (they get worse as you age). Look for the one with the long handle. Prevention means using vasoline or other deep moisturizers...

drolfes I lost 40 pounds in 3 months with this little trick: No more two grams of fat or two grams of dietary sugar per serving. I'll never go back. They either dump one or the other in, even in Weight Watcher's foods!!! Beware!

drolfes Cons: So complicated to set up, I had to have my 13 year old do it! Have to search through categories (often scrolling down) to find recent posts you may care about. I guess I'm just lazy! Pros: I do like the cover page look. It's more magazine-style....

Aspirin can prevent stroke

As I was reading a health book on how to live longer. I have read that taking Aspirin once a day can help prevent stroke. Is this true? My mom got a mild stroke recently but the doctor didn't mention anything about taking aspirin...

drolfes I recently read that women under 50 should NOT take baby aspirin as before menopause we don't need it and it can put undo strain on the liver and stomach. After 50 or menopause, it is suggested for women. Just a note from the AHA (American Heart Association)....

drolfes My mother always said, "Don't discuss religion, s-x or politics if you want to get along with people." She was SO RIGHT. While I can be peace loving during these discussions, I find others may get VERY aggressive about them. I just pat them kindly on the hand...
