drolfes The best tool I have found for removal is the "Pedegg" sold at local pharmacies. The older ladies in my family swear by it, too (they get worse as you age). Look for the one with the long handle. Prevention means using vasoline or other deep moisturizers...

drolfes I lost 40 pounds in 3 months with this little trick: No more two grams of fat or two grams of dietary sugar per serving. I'll never go back. They either dump one or the other in, even in Weight Watcher's foods!!! Beware!

drolfes Yeah, once you decide to give up sugar AND fat it doesn't leave you anyplace to hide! The low-carbers eat a LOT of fat if you check out the Atkins bars, etc. I knew I had to give up both to lose weight because my sugar always had fat attached. I love my cake...

drolfes What a great idea! I already eat 1/2 tsp cinnamon per day in my coffee as Prevention magazine says it can prevent diabetes. Ginger it is!

I have noticed something new recently. If I have a second cup of coffee, I am really a bit aggressive. Definitely irritable. Possibly downright snippy. Does coffee do anything to change your mood?

As I was reading a health book on how to live longer. I have read that taking Aspirin once a day can help prevent stroke. Is this true? My mom got a mild stroke recently but the doctor didn't mention anything about taking aspirin...

drolfes I recently read that women under 50 should NOT take baby aspirin as before menopause we don't need it and it can put undo strain on the liver and stomach. After 50 or menopause, it is suggested for women. Just a note from the AHA (American Heart Association)....
