Role Model Employee - What are the criteria?

I've been thinking this for my entire working career. Of course everybody wants to be a role model but what will be the requirements? For me: 1) Honesty 2) Sincerity 3) Commitment

dsaboya i think being a best employee or a role model of one company you should have the following qualities; get a lot of respect, well educated, polite, honest, peaceful, wise, workhard, smart, sicerity.
