whenever i watch the evening news, it just gives me this sad, sometimes very sullen feeling afterwards -- all of these killings, these politics, these problems in my country and things like these... i know that news is making us...

i have been having very erratic periods.. and im just not into feeling of going to the gynecologist.. no im not pregnant, or doing something that will make me.. do you know of any medication i can use? im not into menopausal stage...
