dwipandas yes it is good to pray before you eat, but prayer shouldnot have any time. you can pray anytime you want & what is most important is whether it is from inside your heart or not!

dwipandas multiple sclerosis is a disorder of nervous system commonly effecting young females. but there are other disorders that may mimick it. have you consulted a neurologist? now a days therapies are coming that have slowing effect on the disease.
