If you lost weight tell us about it. How did you do it and have you kept it off? Did you use a commercial product or a weight loss club and how easy was it for you? Share what worked and what didn't work for you.

dybautista oh i see i havent tried acupuncture ive heard that sandra bullock is one of those who use acupuncture to maintain her body anyway maybe exercise is the only thing that works thankx
