does anyone else travel around the countryside in a semi? I have been with my husband the past week & am loving it. you'd think we'd be cramped since its me, him, my 5 yo son and my 4 yo daughter but we're having a ball

My husband we just found out is diabetic. I'm hypoglycemic (opposites attract though right? lol) I'm looking for good recipes that he'd like but we're on a tight budget so don't want to go out & buy a whole lot of ingredients that...
