ok everytime i think now i have to go start losing some weight the kitchen is smiling at me..come here theres food for you to eat, i started to drink green tea that helped a lil and i try sport....any other tips for me?

earnie Make sure you do not skip breakfast as this will slow your metabolism down, people that eat breakfast have a higher metabolic rate which aids weight loss naturally.

earnie You are not a bad daughter, I believe you should give your parents something towards rent and utilities as they are on low incomes themselves, but even that should not come to more than 25% of salary and buy your own food, that's what I did when at home with...
