ebrahimebram Oh sorry that was a typo,I meant 10kgs in 30 days,so that means I can only loose 4 kgs in a month,hmm...good info Thanks alot ilse...any idea how i can loose that 4 kgs...I mean I have lost 30kgs in the last year, but just cant get below 91...I just want those...
