The 1st time I had a run in with sleep paralysis I was 21 and in the military. I woke in the middle of the night unable to move. I was scared so I tried to call out for my roommate and was unable to make anykind of noise. I felt...

Hallucinations are also a very real part of sleep paralysis...but no, when I have told people about it (other then here) I leave my shadow man out of it.
