Do you have disturbing thoughts in mind daily?? how do you control it???

sometimes people at work as well as at free time and at home too esp. ALONE.. the mind gets disturbed with many bad/unwanted/thoughts.. what do you do if you encounter them???

before, i just approve them, now i usually see the profile.. esp the image or poster if the image is decent then i approve. if it is not then i wait for them so that they would keep some decent image. i dont mind much on...
