efftee Good point. Alternative "medicines" are not under FDA jurisdiction because they can't be patented and therefore no BIG money can be made from them (by BIG pharmaceuticals). However, it must be pointed out that inspecting foodstuffs coming into the country...

efftee It's not just your country, crazynurse, it's human nature. Follow the money. People pay to watch sports, but who pays to take in a public lecture? Anyway, it is impossible to inspect every morsel of food. Even if you're willing to pay for the extra cost....

efftee Check out www.terraserver.com It may not be as cool as Google Earth, but it does not require you to load any software. It gives only an aerial view. Enjoy!
